To provide for all kama’aina and malahini a serene, calming environment promoting healing and rejuvenation for mind, body and soul. We strive to give all those who enter our spa a sense of tranquility, peace and total relaxation as they experience their visit to our Luana Lani (Tranquility Heaven).

SPA Hawaii has a team of qualified, licensed professionals in the fields of massage, esthetique, reiki and naturopathy. We understand and appreciate that our Hawaiian islands are a beautiful mix of many cultures and languages and thus, have many therapists and estheticians who are versed in a wide range of languages.

Within walking distance of the Ala Moana Center Atkinson side - just down the street from the Hawaii Convention Center - and next door to the YMCA Central Branch.

SPA ETIQUETTE
  • We recommend you arrive 20 minutes prior to your appointment time to check-in and change. A robe, slippers and locker will be provided for you.

  • Please let us know ahead of time if you have a gender preference for your therapist or if you have any specific needs, limitations, allergies, high blood pressure or if you are pregnant. Some body treatments include iodine and sulphur which may cause allergic reactions.

  • Please leave your valuables at home. SPA Hawaii will not be responsible for lost or stolen items.

  • We understand that sometimes you need to change your schedule. We kindly ask that you give us 24 hours notice so that someone else may visit. If less than 4 hours notice is given, you may be charged a 50% cancellation fee. No Shows will be charged the full service price. If you arrive late, your appointment may be shortened to allow the therapist to be on time for the next appointment.

  • For private groups, events and bridal packages, a 50% deposit is required. Five (5) days notice should be given or a cancellation fee of 50% will be charged. No shows will be charged the full service fee.

  • In consideration of other guests, we ask that all cellular telephones be turned off while in the Spa.

  • SPA Hawaii welcomes all ages. Parental permission will be required for anyone under the age of 18 years.
